An exploration of the self in abyssal settings through image and music
Evergreen Tapes
“Evergreen Tapes” is a compilation of melodies and graphically-manipulated visuals that I wrote and produced in April 2020.
At NYU Gallatin, my concentration, “Experience of War Through Auditory and Visual Media,” centers on how the experience of war has been and continues to be explored through visual performance and music. I examine war as both tangible and intangible mediums of conflict, whether I am discussing war as violent international conflict, or within the Self.
“Evergreen Tapes” is an exploration of the self in abyssal settings—it’s an intimate display of all the emotions you’ve felt before, are feeling right now, and will feel very soon.
